As I glanced at the lady sitting next to me on the train, I realized she was reading a Spanish magazine. Wondering if she even spoke English, I asked her about what she was reading. Carmen turned out to be a nice woman who immigrated to the United States from the Dominican Republic. She grew up with a mixture of Pentecostal and Catholic influence, but she isn't extremely committed to Christianity or religion in general. I brought her to what the Bible says about Jesus and salvation, and then she had to leave. Pray that her life will be radically transformed by Jesus!
